Salvete omnes, Wishing you a happy 4th of July from all of us here at GLA. Today, we celebrated in our own way, starting with a traditional Roman breakfast of meat, cheese, bread and fruit. Following that filling Mediterranean breakfast, we went into our Ludi Apollinares. It started with games like sharks and minnows, and a relay race. After our outdoor games we proceeded inside for some impromptu art and trivia. After some lunch and a chance to shower we attended our one chance elective classes! These consisted of a range of topics from provincial identities to a coin reading class. Finally, we ended the day off with a movie thoughtfully explained by Magister Gallagher. Hope that you all's day was as eventful and enjoyable as ours. Please enjoy the picture dump from the last few days' activities.
