GLA Arrival and Covid Protocol

information about your arrival at Randolph-Macon College on Sunday, June 23, 2024 to attend the Governor's Latin Academy.  Here is the schedule:

• Arrive between 8:30 and 10:00 am
  
• Come to Andrews Dorm (#61 on the map)
  
• Park in the lot across the street from Andrews, next to Bennett Residence Hall (#58 on the map)
  
• Come to the staff table in that lot and self-administer a rapid covid test.
  
• If the test is positive, you may request a second test. If both tests are positive, we will have to ask you to leave and forfeit your spot at academy.
  
• If it is negative, staff will move you on to registration in Andrews Dorm.
  
• Move car to lots H, E, or street parking
  
• Unpack and organize room
  
• Go to Walmart for any forgotten items
  
• Attend Opening Ceremony in Blackwell Auditorium at 11:00 am (#16 on the map)
  
• Have lunch with parents in Ashland
  
• Report back to Andrews Dorm
  
• Parents depart and students should be in their rooms by 2:00 pm
