Arrival...

Here is the schedule:
Arrive between 8:30 and 10:00 am
Come to Andrews Dorm (#61 on the map)
Unload car in Lot I
Move car to lots H, E, or street parking
Unpack and organize room
Go to Walmart for any forgotten items
Attend Opening Ceremony in Blackwell Auditorium at 11:00 am (#16 on the map)
Have lunch with parents in Ashland Report back to Andrews Dorm
Parents depart and students should be in their rooms by 2:00 pm

Please do your best to adhere to the above schedule.  We have a saying at Latin Academy: 
​"Early is on time, on time is late, and late is unacceptable." If something happens on the drive down, please call me at 8044961589.

Remember to consult the checklists on the blog while packing and to leave behind any internet capable electronic device.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. Finally,  send the link of this blog to your friends and family so they can stay updated on what you are doing while you are away.

The staff and I are very excited to meet you and convene the 2019 session of the Governor's Latin Academy.  Until then,
